Find The Time to Daydream

The real thing that holds people back is the lack of imagination: They simply cannot concieve of the life they want to be living. Daydream about what your life could be like and see what your imagination can come up with. The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination.

Never Give Up

When it feels like life is putting obstacle after obstacle in your path, don’t give up. Remind yourself of the goal that you are working towards and how amazing you will feel when you achieve it. You may need to dust yourself off, adjust your plan or revise your strategy, but whatever you do, don’t lose sight of your dream. For a tree to become tall it must grow through roots among the rocks.

Forget About Being Perfect

No one gets everything one hundred per cent right, one hundred per cent of the time. What matters is that you gave your best. If something doesn’t go according to plan, or you find yourself judging or criticizing your performance, remind yourself that you gave your best and your best will always be good enough even though next time will be even better. If error is corrected whenever it is recognized as such, the path of error is the path of truth.

Do Less and Achieve More

If you want to get more out of your day, spend time doing less. Find ten minutes each day to recharge your mind and body, and breathe. Taking time out just to breathe will leave you feeling revitalised and energized, with more focus and clarity than ever before. smile, breathe and go slowly.

Before you begin to think about your goals and what you would like to achieve, make sure you recognize the abundance in your life right now. gratitude helps you grow and expand; gratitude brings joy and laughter into your life and into the lives of all those around you.

Don’t Let Others Bring You Down

When someone is negative, judgmental or critical towards you, don’t fall into the trap of blaming them for making you feel bad. Remind yourself that nobody can make you feel anything. It’s entirely up to you how you choose to feel. What they are doing is providing you with the opportunity to feel bad and inviting you to join them in putting you down. It’s up to you to accept or reject the invitation. Let nothing dim the light that shines from within.

Do The Things You Love

There is a big difference between doing what you’re good at and what you love. The sweet spot is when you get to do both. Ask yourself, ‘What do I love doing?’ and then make sure you find some time to do this. It, doesn’t have to be all day, everyday-even spending just one hour doing something you are passionate about will refresh, energies and invigorate your life. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and then ask what world needs. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Put It Into Action

At the end of each day, take a minute to reflect on how your day turned out and then think of one thing you could do differently tomorrow. Things do not change; we change!
